Once payment is received and processed, order(s) will be shipped via USPS with tracking confirmation within 2 business days from date of confirmed payment. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be shipped by the following 2nd business day.
Shipping Methods:
OrganoFaith.com ships all orders using USPS. Orders may be expedited for an additional charge. Please email info@organofaith.com for information on expedited shipping for your order. Once the order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Lead Time:
Orders are not shipped until payment has been received in full. Orders are processed by the 2nd business day after payment is processed.
We strive for customer service and typically ship your order the same day if the order and payment are received before 3:00PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, ship the following business day.
Delivery Confirmation:
As a courtesy, delivery confirmation is included with all US Domestic orders to ensure timely arrival.
International Shipping Charges: (Canada, Mexico & Other International):
"Cross-Border buyers are responsible for any Customs duties, taxes, etc... imposed by the buyers home country"
Canada & Mexico will be shipped First Class International ($6.00) and other International shipping and handling is First Class Int'l (USD $7.00). These prices include packaging up to 4 pounds. Once paid, we usually ship by 2nd business day. Destination times vary and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on the country of origin. Insurance is only available for Priority Mail Int'l Parcels. If you are interested in obtaining insurance for your shipping service, please contact us for pricing.
RETURNS and REFUNDS:
We offer a one year day Money Back Guarantee on all of our products, except where prohibited by law (oils, essences that cannot be resold). Store credit will be given for any dietary nutraceuticals.
Retail Customer Refund Policy
OrganoFaith.com stands behind the quality of our products and we believe that you will enjoy them as well. We welcome you to try our products with full confidence. If you are not satisfied with your coffee, tea, or hot chocolate product experience for any reason, you may return all unopened, unaltered packages within one year, hassle free, for a 100% refund of the order price prorated [opened vs unopened]. In the event you have purchased multiple boxes of the same product, we ask that the extra boxes be in unopened, resalable condition. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment (i.e., credit card or PayPal) within 3-5 business days of the return. Store credit is also available upon request for any non-neutraceutical return.
Full refund limited to orders of $200 or less. For larger orders there is a 20% restocking fee
A 25% administration fee will be applied to all orders returned to us without a copy of the order, packing/picking slip, or a reference to the order number.
